"Vicki quickly made a positive impression in pharmacovigilance; an area of the business that had been sadly neglected previously. Her diligence, tenacity and commitment were the driving force which enabled our small company to quickly achieve compliance in this critical area of our industry. She also successfully managed an Inspection by the Department of Health to ensure a positive outcome. I have no hesitation in providing a glowing recommendation for Vicki. "
